Invictus Law Joins the Fight Against COVID-19
The COVID-19 epidemic is causing many to look at a frightening health situation they have never needed to consider before. In response to that threat, Invictus Law wants to join the fight and provide those who serve our community with added peace of mind.
Invictus Law is offering the FREE preparation of Legal Medical Planning Documents. The medical planning documents will include a power of attorney and medical directive.
What Are These Documents?
A power of attorney is a legal document that allows you to appoint a person to manage your property or financial affairs if you become unable to do so via unconsciousness, medical incapacitation, or mental incapacitation.
A medical directive is a legal document in which a person specifies what actions should be taken for their health if they are no longer able to make decisions for themselves. These documents help your family understand your wishes when it comes to who is going to make tough calls on your behalf. The forms also advise businesses and medical staff who they should be dealing with directly when it comes to making decisions for you.
These services are being offered at no cost to Active Duty, Retired, and Reserve Military Members, First Responders, Medical Professionals, and their spouses who are over forty-five years of age.
