Here are some of the most common questions our clients ask.
Will the initial consultation cost me any money?
No, there will not be a charge for your initial 30 minute consultation.
What happens during the initial consultation?
We will ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can gather all the documents and information related to your case matter and have it prepared for the attorney for your consultation. During the consultation with the attorney, you will discuss the details of your case, strategy and your desired outcome. Once the attorney has a thorough understanding of the scope and depth of the case, he will be able to provide you a legal fee quote for your specific matter.
How much will my civil or criminal case cost?
Every client, every set of facts, every desired outcome is different, therefore, every case varies in the legal representation fee. One of the reasons we do not charge for the initial consultation is to allow the attorney time to understand the client, their situation and their objective, and be able to give a personalized quote to the client. We understand that your case is unique and we treat it that way.
Do you offer Fixed Flat Fee, Hourly, and Contingent Fees?
Yes, we offer each style of Fee Agreements, however, they are used for different types of legal matters. Criminal cases are almost always charged a fixed flat fee, while civil matters are usually charged on an hourly basis against a retainer deposit. Personal Injury cases and other civil cases are typically charged on contingency.
